To solve the problem, simply contact us to request an exchange. Please indicate your order number, the affected product and the new size you need. We will provide you with the correct address to return the item and send you the new item in the appropriate size.

Please note that the item and its box must be in perfect condition to qualify for this guarantee. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item but the cost of shipping the new item will be assumed by Awakning Jewelry within the limit of one exchange.

All of the countries we deliver to are covered by our return policy/refund guarantee for 30 days after delivery (60 days during the Christmas period). If we have agreed to a return under the right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity, the guarantee against hidden defects or for an exchange, here is the information you need to make your return correctly :

We issue the transfer order as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) in question and its/their inspection by our services.

Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to you in 1 to 3 business days after we have issued the transfer order.

In rare cases you may have to pay import fees upon receipt of the goods. These costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Awakning Jewelry has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import fees vary widely by country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country before ordering.

Note : Customers in the United States are exempt from import taxes and duties under $800 since President Barack Obama amended the TFTEA on February 24, 2015.

If you have carefully followed the size chart on the product page, you don't need to worry, our size chart has been carefully designed to ensure a good fit.

If you have mistakenly taken the wrong measurements and receive a product that does not fit you well, you are covered by the right of exchange that we offer to our customers at the end of 30 days after delivery of the order (60 days during the Christmas period) which allows you to change your product once without having to pay the shipping costs of the new item. You'll only have to pay shipping costs for the return.

A little love goes a long way!

When you're not wearing your jewelry or japamala, be sure to store it in the case it came in. This helps prevent scratches and maintain the color.

For Jewelry:

To keep your jewelry looking its best, gently rub the surface with a polishing cloth. Always wash your hands after use to make sure the cleaner has been removed. It's normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it's working properly! The cloth contains a small amount of detergent that holds dirt, oil and residue that is removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.

For 108 Malas Beads:

If you use your japamala regularly, you may want to clean it from time to time. You can do this by placing the mala in warm water. You can also add a mild soap if you wish. Soak the beads for a while (some suggest soaking them overnight). Use a soft brush to scrub the beads. Allow to dry completely.

Absolutely, in order to adequately protect our customers we offer the guarantees in force in France and Europe, we have extended the period of the right of withdrawal and offered a right of exchange, to all our customers regardless of their country of delivery.

Each guarantee offers something specific:

We are careful to offer jewelry that does not contain hazardous materials. We exclude items that may exceed standards for the presence of lead and cadmium. In rare cases we can offer items that contain potentially allergic materials such as nickel. When this happens, we display the information on the product page.

Each of our products is treated as it should be. Therefore, we take care that our products can be both hermetically protected and presented with glamour or design.

Our Charm bracelets and Elegance bracelets come with their own case.

We are unable to customize jewelry at this time, but we encourage you to sign up our newsletter to be notified of our future product launches and find something you love!

As we do not design our own jewelry for the moment, we put all our energy into selecting those that perfectly match the spirit of our brand and we are commited to proposing jewelry that are affordable and meets the most common needs of our customers. Following this commitment we are able to offer you as well pieces of costume jewelry and synthetic stones as pieces of silver 925 and natural stones at a fair price.

Hazardous materials are not used in our jewelry and potentially allergic materials are brought to the attention of potential buyers.

The stones, metals and woods used in our jewelry can be imported from all over the world. The origin can be from Austrian for their crystals, by way of India for these agate stones, to the United States for its picasso marble.

All the elements used are centralized in China to be prepared, assembled and offered to our customers around the world.

We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers as this negates any chance of a refund or replacement (if a defect develops due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

We actually do not offer any repair or resizing services. If your Awakning part is defective we invite you to contact us so that we can verify your eligibility to one of our guarantees. To this end, please send your order number and a photo or video of the defective item to contact@awakningjewelry.com.

We recommend daily wear of our non-plated jewelry, for example our 925 sterling silver products. For the plated ones, we recommend more occasional wear, such as 2 days a week.

Our 108 Malas Beads can also be worn daily with no problem.
